A Message from Kaito Ukaji

When I lived abroad and was unfamiliar with how things worked, many local people helped me.
The warmth I received then is where this all began.
“Now it’s my turn to help.” That thought led me to start this service.

We began as a junk removal service for Japanese customers. But for people from other countries living in Japan, clearing out a home here can be surprisingly difficult. Garbage sorting rules are detailed, and emptying even a single room takes a great deal of work.

We buy back what we can and take responsibility for disposing of the rest.
I wished for a service people could turn to easily across language barriers.
That wish led to PonPon Junk Removal Service.

Kaito Ukaji

Representative Director, VIENTO Co., Ltd.

He moved to Los Angeles for his music career. After returning to Japan, he began providing junk removal and estate cleanout services based in Wako. He holds a Secondhand Goods Dealer License, Industrial Waste Collection and Transportation Permits, and a Class 2 Electrician License, and uses translation tools while serving customers from other countries.
