How the Work Was Done
On the kei truck bed, we stood yellow, light-blue, and beige patterned quilted mattresses upright, then loaded folded comforters, futons, and blankets on top. Cardboard boxes were fitted into the gaps, and the load was secured while balancing it to prevent it from collapsing. The home was in a residential neighborhood of 2-story houses with balconies, so on a clear day we carefully considered both the vehicle’s stopping position and the route for carrying items out, with consideration for the neighbors.
